Jose Mourinho is planning to invest heavily next summer to replace Michael Carrick by targeting Radja Nainggolan or Saul Niguez, claim the Star.

Manchester United sent scouts to the Stadio Olimpico midweek to catch Roma's Champions League clash with Atletico Madrid and spy on the pair.
Carrick is now 36 years old and will become a free agent next summer, and while Nemanja Matic has proven to be an initial success since joining from Chelsea, the Red Devils have an issue over Ander Herrera's future.
The Spaniard's contract has just a year to run. Failure to agree on new terms could mean a summer exit and the need to spend big to retain his quality in the midfield.
